County Officials are working together to prepare and respond in the event that a suspected case is identified in our community.

The best preventive measures that all of us can take to keep each other healthy include:

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for 20 seconds
  • Use hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough or sneeze, and then throw the tissue away
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Stay home if you are feeling sick and regularly clean and disinfect surfaces thoroughly
