Richland Center, WI:  Richland County Emergency Management Director, Darin Gudgeon announced that “Project Recovery is now offering a COVID-19 crisis hotline to help Wisconsin farmers, farmworkers and their communities cope during this stressful time”.  Project Recovery is an outreach program providing community-based support and education to individuals, families, and communities impacted by COVID-19 throughout the State of Wisconsin. Trained outreach workers are available to provide free, anonymous emotional support and connection to resources.  Individuals are encouraged to call 1-833-FARM-HELP (1-833-327-6435) toll-free or check out their website at www.projectrecoverywi.org or https://www.facebook.com/projectrecoverywi.org.

Project Recovery is a service made possible through partnerships between FEMA, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, the Wisconsin Community Action Program (WISCAP), and the Southwest Community Action Program (SWCAP).
