Richland Center, WI:  Richland County Health & Human Services in partnership with the Richland Hospital and Richland County Emergency Management will be offering FREE COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics at the Richland Center Community/Senior Center, 1050 N. Orange Street:

Tuesday, May 4th from 8:30am-4:30pm

For 2nd Dose Pfizer Individuals

Wednesday, May 5th from 8:30am-4:30pm

1st Pfizer Does for ALL Wisconsinites 16+

Individuals who received their 1st Pfizer vaccine dose on April 13th or April 14th are REMINDED THAT THEY ARE PRE-SCHEDULED TO GET THEIR 2ND VACCINE DOSE ON TUESDAY, MAY 4TH or WEDESNDAY, MAY 5TH

To schedule, “currently eligible” individuals listed above should go to the Richland Hospital website at www.richlandhospital.com/covid19, click on the “Schedule your Appointment Here” button, and then select a future clinic date at the “Community Center” location.  Once scheduled, individuals should arrive to their appointment only 5 minutes early – MASKS & SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED.  We will be administering the Pfizer vaccine which requires two doses, and the second dose will need to be administered 21 days after the administering of the first dose.  Your second dose appointment will be scheduled immediately after receiving your first dose.  While this vaccination is not required, it is highly recommended, and will be provided at no out-of-pocket cost to you.
