Richland Center, WI:  Richland County Health & Human Services and Richland County Emergency Management will be offering a FREE COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic in the Auditorium Lobby of the RICHLAND CENTER HIGH SCHOOL, 1996 US Highway 14, Richland Center:

Wednesday, August 25th from 8:30am-4:30pm

1st Pfizer Dose for ALL Wisconsinites 12+

& For 2nd Dose Pfizer Individuals

To schedule for the August 25th clinic, currently eligible individuals should call Health and Human Services at 608-647-8821.  Once scheduled, individuals should arrive to their appointment only 5 minutes early – MASKS & SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED.  We will be administering the Pfizer vaccine which requires two doses, and the second dose will need to be administered 21 days after the administering of the first dose.  Your second dose appointment will be scheduled immediately after receiving your first dose.  While this vaccination is not required, it is highly recommended, and will be provided at no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Populations who are now “currently eligible” to receive the vaccine includes ALL WISCONSINITES 12+.  The following vaccine clinic partners are currently offering vaccines in Richland County:

Mondays from 8am-5pm
Tuesdays from 8:30-10:30am
Fridays from 8am-5pm

  • The Spring Green Medical Center and Muscoda Health Center offers Walk-In COVID-19 vaccinations and also offers vaccines during clinic appointments.

Richland County residents are encouraged to sign-up for NIXLE alerts by texting 53581 to 888777 or go to www.nixle.com to sign-up to receive informational emails.  You will then receive up-to-date alerts regarding local COVID testing sites and vaccination clinics, severe weather, public safety, criminal activities, missing persons, traffic issues, and local events.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports that as of today 51.8% of Richland County residents have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and 48.9% are fully vaccinated.  Richland County citizens age 65 and older who have received at least one dose totals 80.6%.  The up-to-date COVID-19 vaccine data can be found at https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/covid-19/vaccine-data.htm#summary.
