Richland Center, WI:  Richland County Health & Human Services and Richland County Emergency Management will be offering a FREE COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at Richland County Health & Human Services, 221 W. Seminary Street, Richland Center:

Wednesday, March 30th from 1:00pm-4:30pm
1st & 2nd Pfizer Doses will be offered to ALL Wisconsinites 5+
Including Pfizer doses to kids 5-11years. 

Pfizer Booster Doses will be offered to ANYONE 12 years and older
who received their 2nd dose of Pfizer or Moderna at least 5 months ago.  

The CDC & DHS recommends that anyone 12 and older receive a booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine at least five months after having received their second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech (Pfizer) or Moderna vaccine. All adults are eligible to receive booster doses, and booster doses are strongly recommended for everyone 50 and older, who are at the greatest risk for severe disease.  Additional information regarding the vaccine can be found at: https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/covid-19/vaccine.htm.

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome for ADULTS ONLY.  APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED & A PARENT OR GUARDIAN NEEDS TO BE PRESENT for children age 5-17 years requesting vaccination.  Individuals should call Health and Human Services at 608-649-5795 to schedule an appointment.  Once scheduled, individuals should arrive to their appointment only 5 minutes early – MASKS & SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED.  Please remember to bring along your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card.
