OFFICES AND COURTROOM ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

The Richland County Circuit Court Offices – Clerk of Court and Register in Probate – are both open to in-person customers and have been since the Spring of 2020. The majority of Richland County Circuit Court hearings are again being conducted in-person though the Court may continue to consider requests to hold hearings by Zoom. The Court resumed jury trials in March of 2021 and presently does not require masking of persons who have been vaccinated against COVID-19. Masks are available for anyone who wants to use them in the courtroom.

The Clerk of Court Office is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and can be reached by phone at 608-647-3956.

The Register in Probate Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and can be reached by phone at 608-647-2626.
