The Richland County Treasurer’s Office is currently open to the public week days from 8:30-4:30, and is located on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
However, due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Treasurer’s Office strongly encourages Taxpayers to use the following payment options:

If you would like a receipt, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Fee is $1.50 for E-Check, 2.39% for Credit Card or $3.95 for Debit Card.
